Exclusive
Client pays 100% upon Completion of the Search. Byrnes & Rupkey will be the only search used to fill the assignment and will provide a minimum of three qualified candidates within 30 days. Client may continue to advertise for the role.
Retained
Client pays 1/3 of the Total Fee at the Start of the Search and Balance upon Candidate acceptance of your offer. Byrnes & Rupkey will be the only search used to fill the assignment and will provide three qualified candidates within 30 days.
