Byrnes & Rupkey: Recruiting Firm of the Week in Top Echelon!

Byrnes & Rupkey joined Top Echelon Network in May 2014. Since that time, the firm has been responsible for making 20 split placements in the Network! That’s an average of more than one per month, which is a torrid pace for new firm in TE.)

That is ridiculously good production for recruiters that just joined our network, to say nothing of the production of the firm overall. There are three main reasons why Byrnes & Rupkey, which works primarily in Manufacturing and Engineering, has enjoyed this much success so quickly in Top Echelon:

#1—They’re split minded.

The first step in making split placements is having the desire to make split placements, and this firm definitely has that desire. When you actively seek out splits, you’re going to make them. It’s as simple as that. As we’ve said about many of the top producers in the Network, the recruiters of Byrnes & Rupkey do NOT view split placements as a last resort. They view them as an opportunity to generate more revenue for their firm by closing deals they would not have closed otherwise.

#2—They’re proactive.

Being proactive is definitely the theme of this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. That’s because we’ve discussed it both here and here, and being proactive is also how the recruiters of Byrnes & Rupkey approached their Network membership. The firm’s recruiters didn’t just sit around, waiting for things to happen. They made things happen! Not only that, but they’re also not sitting back on their laurels, either. They’ve created a lot of momentum, and they’re capitalizing on it.

#3—They adhere to The Four Pillars.

There’s a reason that we incessantly promote The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network . . . because they work! Those recruiters (and recruiting firms) that follow the Pillars invariably enjoy success in Top Echelon. The Pillars are Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation. Byrnes & Rupkey have adhered to all of them since joining the Network, especially Active Participation, and that has formed the foundation for its continued success.
