Kay Gienger has been with Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. for 21 years.  Adept at utilizing top recruiting techniques and knowledge, Kay serves as the Vice President of Accounts.  She takes a partnership approach, working extensively with her candidates, to ensure background experience and skill set are a match for each search assignment.  While Kay works nationwide, she has developed a niche market in Iowa with Iowa based companies.

Linda Modderman

Vice President of Operations

Linda Modderman has been with Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. for over 20 years.  As the Vice President of Operations, she leads the technology, marketing, and telecommunications arena.  Linda is at the helm of a smooth running operation at Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc.  She maintains and oversees the day to day operations. 

Linda manages the office facilities, vendors, database administration, and social media.  Linda ensures that all of B & R, Inc. career opportunities are available to job seekers using a variety of platforms.  Her attention to detail and efficiency is applauded by all.

Sara Gallagher

Director of Talent Acquisition

Sara Gallagher joined Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. in 2007.  As Manager of Talent Acquisition and Research, Sara excels in recruiting strong talent to fill roles that client companies indicate are ‘difficult to fill’ searches.  Sara supports the Senior Account Executives at Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. while managing her own growing client base in the automotive industry.

Sara has ten years’ experience matching the career needs of candidates with the professional needs of top companies in specialty areas.  She collaborates closely with clients, to assure that the candidates she presents to them match both their culture and their job description.

Katy McCracken joined Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. in 2013.  Katy is Manager of Talent Acquisition.  She excels in matching the career needs of candidates to a good ‘home’ with a client company.  Katy supports the Account Executive Staff by recruiting outstanding candidates.

Katy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013.  Katy’s high energy, work ethic and agility is a phenomenal asset to the Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. team.

Jessica Gibbs

Researcher

Jessica Gibbs joined Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. in 2013, supporting the Talent Acquisition team and Account Executives.  She serves as Administrative Support Staff and Researcher.  Jessica’s strong organizational ability has her managing information flow, recording data and maintaining the ATS.  Her mastery of organization creates a steady and efficient environment at Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc.
